Bert joined the agency in 1997 with nine years prior sales and service experience. He regularly attends continuing education classes throughout the year to keep "on top" of changes to policy forms and company coverage options.
Lisa joined the agency in 2001 with experience serving customers in various positions. She will assist you with your renewal policy or quote on new personal insurance coverage you may have the need for. She has relations with numerous insurance company underwriters and knowledge of our companies that will provide you with the broadest coverage at a competitive rate.
As the agency accountant, Arlene has experience in the internal workings of the agency. She joined the staff nearly 30 years ago and has seen many changes in the industry. She keeps track of your account to ensure your coverage is in force and that you have options available in payment of your account.
