The Miller Agency Inc. is an independent insurance agency located in Navasota, Texas. We proudly service SouthEast Texas with a primary focus on the counties of Grimes, Brazos, Madison, Montgomery, Waller, Walker, Washington, Harris as well as Navasota, Bryan, College Station, Madisonville, Huntsville, Waller, Magnolia, Montgomery, Brenham, Washington, Tomball, Plantersville, Richards, Iola, Anderson, Bedias. The Miller Agency Inc. is licensed to service the Entire State of Texas

The Miller Agency was established in 1947 by Wm. Albert Miller and Margie Miller. The agency has both thrived and survived in historic Navasota Texas, serving thousands of individuals and businesses in southeast Texas.

Community Involvement

We contribute to Grimes County Little League,Navasota Fire Department, Grimes County Fair Association, Navasota ISD, Navasota ISD Education Foundation, Navasota/Grimes County Chamber, Grimes Co. Youth Soccer Assn, Navasota Rattler Athletic Booster Club, Navasota Kiwanis Club, Lions Toys for Kids, Keep Navasota Beautiful, Grimes Co. Go Texan, Navasota Garden Club, Navasota ISD After Prom, Grimes Co. Crime Stoppers and many others.

Navasota, Texas (Sept. 06, 2011) — The Miller Agency announced today that Safeco Insurance has donated $2,000 to Grimes Health Resource Center through The Health Partnership of the Brazos Valley. Check presentation will be Friday, September 16, 2011 at 10am at the center's office located in Grimes St. Joseph Health Center on Judson St. in Navasota.

Bert Miller of The Miller Agency nominated The Grimes Health Resource Center for a grant through the Safeco Insurance Agent Giving Program, which supports and honors the civic engagement of Safeco agents and recognizes and celebrates individuals and nonprofit organizations that make a difference in their communities.

"We are grateful for the support of the Safeco Insurance for the work of The Grimes Health Resource Center and The Health Partnership of the Brazos Valley in our community," said Miller.

The Health Partnership of the Brazos Valley works with rural communities in the Burleson, Grimes, Leon and Madison Counties of the Brazos Valley to provide health services for disadvantaged residents. In addition, the organization provides planning solutions for local health and financial issues.

Miller has been serving as the Chair of the Grimes County Health Resource Commission since 2005, also serving Navasota as mayor since 2006. He works closely with the county and board members to communicate the needs of Grimes County to the Health Partnership of the Brazos Valley.

Named a 2011 Five Star Insurance Professional by Texas Monthly (featured in the June issue) More than 116,000 recent home buyers, readers of Texas Monthly, mortgage lenders and title companies were asked to submit an evaluation to identify exceptional insurance agents in the Houston region. After being reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel of local insurance experts, fewer than 7% of all licensed insurance agents were selected. We are also a Peak Performer Agent for Progressive and a Key Agent for Ohio Casualty/America First Insurance.
