As the agency accoutant, Arlene has experience in the internal workings of the agency. She joined the staff over 20 years ago and has seen many changes in the industry. She keeps track of your account to ensure your coverage is in force and that you have the options available in payment of accounts. Arlene has her Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree from Blinn College.
